go:India is a cross-faculty project at the University of Gothenburg whose main task is to support exchange and cooperation with the university in India. This takes place both on research and education levels. In particular, comparative religion, social work, global health at Sahlgrenska and the Faculty of Arts, have been involved in this project.

A number of the collaborations that the University of Gothenburg shares with Indian universities concern questions of health and the relation of health to cultural factors. Through the collaboration, conditions are created, not just of understanding Indian culture, but also of understanding what health looks like and how it is created in contemporary Sweden.
